Terms of Use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Lucas Scuissiatto, who develops and operates Taskfit. By using the app, you agree to them. We wrote them to be short and readable.
The service
Taskfit is an app that recommends tasks based on the time you have, runs focus sessions and shows your progress. You can use it without an account. An optional account lets you sync your data across devices. Taskfit is currently free to use.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
- Provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & cloud → Delete account. Deleting it permanently removes your cloud data.
Your content
The tasks, routines and other content you create belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and display that content to you so the app can work. We don’t use it for anything else. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep your own backups of anything important. You can export your data at any time in Settings → Export my data.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Taskfit. In particular, don’t:
- try to access other people’s accounts or data;
- interfere with the app, its servers or its security;
- reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Paid features
If we offer paid features in the future, they will be sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase and governed by Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Prices and what each plan includes will be shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple.
App Store terms
If you downloaded Taskfit from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. In addition:
- These terms are between you and Lucas Scuissiatto, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. For help, contact us.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep Taskfit reliable, but the app is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be free of errors or always available, and recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lucas Scuissiatto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of Taskfit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Taskfit and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering the service. If we do, we will give reasonable notice in the app so you can export your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Taskfit after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
